Senior Product UI/UX DesignerAbout the Role:
As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer at Socure, you'll be a key member of our design team, shaping the visual and interactive landscape of our cutting-edge identity fraud prevention solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Design, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to invent, design, and refine product experiences that drive customer success and enable digital transformation. This is a fully remote role based anywhere in the US
What You’ll Do:
- Champion User Experience: Advocate for user-centered design by creating simple, innovative, and engaging product experiences.
- Design & Innovate: Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a range of devices.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align design with enterprise goals.
- Evolve Design Systems: Enhance and maintain scalable design systems and UI frameworks, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Research & Analyze: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve user interfaces.
- Lead & Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.
UX & Interaction Design
- 5+ years in UX and interaction design, with a strong background in user research, discovery, and usability testing.
- Expertise in information architecture, designing complex workflows, and creating prototypes using tools like Figma, Axure, etc.
- Experience ensuring designs meet accessibility and usability standards (WCAG).
- 5+ years crafting refined, accessible UI designs with a keen eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems, data visualizations, and dashboard interfaces.
- 5+ years of systems thinking and problem solving with a focus on aligning design with business objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, with a track record of presenting design solutions to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Extensive collaboration experience with engineering, product, and business teams, including leading design sprints and workshops.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD/CS).
- Familiarity with front-end development processes, containerization, and analytics to integrate user feedback into design decisions.
- 5+ years designing for enterprise-scale applications with the ability to manage complexity, customization, and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
- A passion for design and a relentless attention to detail, combined with excellent communication, storytelling, and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to continuously learn and push the boundaries of innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of relevant product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B/B2C and consumer design best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into actionable UX flows and visually compelling interfaces.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies.
- A degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
