The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for independently developing and executing marketing plans and activities for specific products or product lines within the TigerConnect portfolio. This role conducts comprehensive market research, analyzes competitive activity, and identifies customer needs to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The Senior Manager contributes to driving market insight, go-to-market excellence, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate product adoption, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth. Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, the ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, autonomy in delivering impactful marketing outcomes, and a strategic approach to driving product adoption and differentiation.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the development and execution of go-to-market plans and marketing strategies for specific product lines, aligning to broader organizational priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and competitive research to inform product positioning, messaging, and growth opportunities.
Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and buyer narratives tailored to target segments and use cases.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to support product launches, enhancements, and ongoing adoption.
Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy through market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Develop and deliver high-quality sales enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, competitive insights, pitch decks, and objection-handling content.
Ensure consistency of product messaging across key channels, including website, campaigns, and sales materials.
Collaborate with Demand Generation to support campaign development that effectively translates product positioning into pipeline-driving programs.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
Track and analyze performance of go-to-market activities, using insights to recommend optimizations and improve effectiveness.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products or features.
Strong foundation in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience supporting pricing and packaging decisions through data-driven analysis.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Experience with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Healthcare technology or clinical communication experience is a plus.
