As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at vCluster, you aren't just writing copy; you are architecting our market narrative. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our category dominance by building a world-class GTM engine that scales as we define the Kubernetes virtualization space. You serve as the connective tissue between Product Management, Sales, and the broader Cloud Native ecosystem.
Positioning & Narrative Engineering: Own the ultimate outcome: a differentiated, high-impact messaging framework. You will synthesize technical product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with Platform Engineers and DevOps leaders, ensuring our value proposition is as state-of-the-art as our software.
GTM & Launch Mastery: Lead end-to-end product launches and strategic initiatives. You will focus on building sophisticated GTM plans—from internal sales enablement to external campaigns—ensuring every new feature has a clear "Golden Path" to market adoption.
AI Literacy & Augmentation: Naturally integrate AI-native workflows to automate routine content tasks, brainstorm thought leadership at scale, and optimize messaging for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). You will use LLMs to analyze competitive landscapes and structure complex queries to extract high-value market insights while maintaining a "human-in-the-loop" approach to ensure brand alignment.
Sales & Analyst Enablement: Lead the alignment between "product" and "profit." You will create high-impact sales decks, battlecards, and analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester) that improve deal velocity and position vCluster as the leader in the CNCF landscape.
Disciplined Content Execution: Manage the lifecycle of technical and thought-leadership content—from solution briefs to landing pages—with a "value over volume" mentality, ensuring our digital presence is optimized for both human engineers and AI-driven discovery models.
Experience: You have 5+ years in Product Marketing within enterprise B2B software, ideally with a deep focus on Kubernetes (EKS, Rancher, OpenShift) and cloud-native infrastructure.
Technical Fluency: You have a profound understanding of containers, multi-cluster environments, and virtualization. You don't just talk about "the cloud"; you understand the architectural pain points of a platform engineer.
Cognitive Flexibility: You are an open-minded professional—willing to abandon legacy "feature-function" marketing in favor of data-driven, outcome-oriented messaging that reflects how modern technical buyers actually work.
Strategic Thinking: You don't just follow a launch checklist; you anticipate market shifts and identify complex competitive challenges with innovative positioning solutions.
Analytical Prowess: A background in using SEO/GEO data and market intelligence to track organizational health and brand sentiment.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the CNCF landscape; if you’ve worked at an open-source or high-growth infrastructure startup, you’ll thrive here.
Modern Marketing Mindset: You thrive in environments that reject "manual" old-school PR methods and prefer a modern stack where you can solve the positioning puzzle through automation, AI-driven discovery, and technical credibility.
