Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, develop product marketing strategies, and oversee product launch execution while refining messaging and positioning.
About Us
Narmi is how community financial institutions unlock the very latest capabilities in digital banking, account opening, and lending so they can move faster, tap new growth opportunities, and be where banking is going. Since our founding, Narmi has enabled the movement of billions of dollars and the opening of hundreds of thousands of accounts for banks and credit unions across the U.S. The results speak for themselves: our customers have grown deposits, revenue, and customer satisfaction, with one of the first institutions powered by Narmi recognized by Bankrate and NerdWallet for delivering the #1 digital banking experience in the country.
About the Marketing team:
Narmi’s Marketing Team sits at the center of our growth efforts and focuses on sharing Narmi's story to financial institutions across the country. The team drives our product positioning and spearheads go-to-market messaging. Marketing at Narmi includes Product, Content, Demand Generation and Events Marketing. We're dedicated to broadening Narmi's exposure with Financial Institutions and ensuring that the right stakeholders receive the right messaging at the right time. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.
At Narmi, how we work is just as important as what we build. We call this The Narmi Standard:
- High Ceiling: You go beyond the obvious, take initiative, and hold yourself to high standards with care.
- Low Ego: You put the mission above ourselves, share credit freely, and lead with curiosity.
- Alignment to Mission: You believe that helping community financial institutions win against Mega Banks and FinTechs is a worthy endeavor, and will use that belief as a northstar to anchor your efforts to that goal.
- High Commitment: You follow through, roll up your sleeves, and keep the bar high for yourself and others.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Marketers, fostering their growth and ensuring excellence across product marketing efforts.
- Partner closely with marketing leadership, product, and revenue teams to define and drive comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned to company objectives.
- Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all customer and prospect touch points.
- Refine and elevate product messaging and positioning, clearly articulating Narmi’s differentiation in a competitive landscape.
- Develop and standardize sales enablement strategies, content, and tools that improve win rates and accelerate sales cycles.
- Conduct and create market, customer, and competitive research to inform product direction and positioning.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs that measure the impact and effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing; fintech experience preferred
- People management experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of banking and financial technology trends
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
