What you’ll do

  • Audience Insight: deeply understand the needs of our commercial and consumer audiences and synthesize so the company has a common understanding of who we are building solutions for 
  • Articulate Value: manage the positioning and messaging for your portfolio of products to ensure we have distinct advantages over alternatives that can be chosen by our customers and Members. Provide strategic input into pricing and packaging across our portfolio to enable growth 
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: develop strategies and plans to achieve commercial and consumer traction goals. Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to ensure plans are executed on appropriately 
  • Storytelling: turn the complex into the compelling by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure market and Member-facing materials are crisp and competitive 
  • Influence Strategy: provide feedback to product and strategy teams on market intelligence and consumer needs to inform roadmap and prioritization

What we’re looking for

  • A successful track record as a product marketing manager or related role 
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information (market intelligence, Member journeys, etc.) and make recommendations and guide teams to achieve goals 
  • Understanding of B2B2C or B2B business models and marketing and sales funnels, ideally within tech or healthcare industries 
  • A passion for storytelling and working with high performing commercial and product teams 
  • An analytical foothold and strong project management capabilities 
  • An ability to help influence the product roadmap based on insights from the market, sales, customers, and product concept validation   
  • Exceptional communications skills and proficiency developing effective messaging, positioning, and narratives, especially in a competitive and complex category 
  • A rich background supporting new product launches (working with senior leadership to execute on the creation of GTM strategy and pricing, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver on aggressive business goals) 
  • Experience developing compelling internal content and training for sales, customer support, and marketing as well as effective external product marketing assets including videos, demos, presentations, customer-facing sheets, and sales collateral 
  • A solid performance history within a fast-moving, startup culture 
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$140,000$150,000 USD

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location  

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
