Location: Remote

Hours: Full-Time

The role

Napster is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own fast-moving product launches, drive sharp messaging, and build go-to-market momentum across our rapidly evolving portfolio of AI and digital products. This role is for an experienced product marketer who thrives on speed, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can lead a launch quickly.

If you’ve led multiple product launches in high-velocity environments, can write crisp positioning in your sleep, and love being embedded with product and engineering teams to shape what gets built and how it gets to market, this one’s for you.
You’ll collaborate closely with Channel Marketing, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Sales to bring products to market.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Product Launches: Lead go-to-market planning, positioning, and execution for AI and emerging tech products, from kickoff to post-launch analysis.
  • Craft the Narrative: Create crisp, compelling messaging that resonates with users, buyers, and partners - both technical and non-technical.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales. You are the glue and the engine.
  • Lead Research & Insight Work: Conduct customer and competitive research to inform positioning, roadmap input, and messaging.
  • Measure, Iterate, Move: Analyze campaign and launch performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve results over time.

What you’ll bring

  • BA/MA Degree and 7+ years of non-internship experience in product marketing, with multiple successful SaaS or tech product launches under your belt (AI or emerging tech a plus)
  • Experience leading fast-paced launches from strategy to execution with little oversight or layers of support
  • Experience leading social strategy and content across all platforms, with an emphasis on linkedin
  • Comfort working with technical products and engineering teams
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you know how to craft a narrative that’s clear and persuasive
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and rally teams around a shared go-to-market plan
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, you’re your own project manager
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or equivalent.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have a bias for action and like to move fast
  • Can zoom out to strategy and zoom in to get the deck done
  • Want a hands-on role that mixes creative storytelling and product thinking
  • Are used to working in lean teams where ownership is everything

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching AI products or working in high-growth environments

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.

Benefits

  • Paid Time-Off: We offer flexible vacation time, 10 company holidays
  • Health Plans: We offer robust medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents. Disability, life insurance, and FSA benefits are also available
  • Wellness: Access to Teladoc and an EAP
  • Parental Leave: Paid leave
  • Retirement Savings: Contribute pretax earnings to our 401(k) Plan

Our Culture

  • Impact: Play a crucial role in our growth journey.
  • Culture: Join a vibrant team valuing creativity and collaboration.
  • Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reward: Enjoy competitive compensation, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Ready to shape our future? Apply now and be part of something extraordinary!

We’re looking for more forward-thinking and collaborative people to be a part of our innovation journey and mission to push the boundaries of technology. If you’re ready to help us achieve this vision — we’d love to hear from you!  At Napster, we're looking for people invigorated by our values and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off boxes.
