Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for Bazaarvoice products focusing on social and creator marketing, driving adoption and growth.
We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Bazaarvoice product areas across social, creator, and commerce. This includes Bazaarvoice Vibe, our integrated solution uniting creator marketing, social media management, social commerce, and product sampling into one powerful growth engine. As ‘general manager” of your portfolio, you are responsible for the overall business goals (pipeline, booking, revenue, retention, etc.) for your portfolio. Partnership with products and GTM engines including Marketing, Sales, and Client Success will be key.
You’ll play a central role in shaping messaging, influencing roadmap strategy, enabling sales and CS, and driving adoption and growth across a fast-evolving and highly competitive space.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a builder—someone who loves translating complex capabilities into clear business value, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning market insights into powerful GTM strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the GTM strategy for Bazaarvoice Vibe’s social & creator product areas, including product positioning, messaging, launches, and ongoing adoption motions.
- Build compelling narratives that clearly differentiate Bazaarrvoice Vibe in a crowded market—across social media management, creator marketing, affiliate monetization, sampling, and social commerce.
- Lead product launches and feature releases with cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, CS, and Enablement, delivering key assets, messaging, and training.
- Drive competitive positioning and de-positioning efforts with research-backed insight and strategic clarity; guide internal teams on how to win.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and services teams to equip the field with the tools they need to confidently sell, support, and upsell our social & creator offerings.
- Gather market intelligence and voice of customer to inform roadmap prioritization and guide product-market fit.
- Create clear, compelling sales and marketing collateral, from one-sheets and web copy to playbooks and customer decks.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management, influencing roadmap decisions with market context and go-to-market requirements.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Field Marketing for demand generation, booking and revenue conversion, and customer advocacy
What You Bring:
- 5–8 years of product marketing or relevant experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in martech, adtech, social platforms, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience owning GTM strategy, leading successful product launches, and working cross-functionally.
- Exceptional messaging and positioning skills—able to turn features into compelling stories that resonate with marketing and commerce leaders.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, creator/influencer marketing, affiliate, or commerce ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action. You know how to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales, field, product, and exec stakeholders. You can speak fluently across business, technical, and creative teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
