Are you energized by translating complex software into clear, differentiated value stories? Do you enjoy working across Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to help customers understand, adopt, and realize the value of a mature platform? If so, you may be the right fit for Grant Street Group.

TaxSys is GSG’s flagship tax collection platform for government agencies. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will shape its value story, enable sales and demos, support client adoption, and help expand the platform into new markets. This role focuses on sustained value realization: learning the platform quickly, uncovering evidence of impact, and building practical enablement for clients and the field.

What You'll Do

  • Own the TaxSys value story by identifying, validating, and sharing ROI, outcomes, benchmarks, and other proof points.

  • Develop and refine positioning, messaging, value propositions, and core collateral that translate a mature platform into clear, evidence-based market stories.

  • Strengthen sales and demo enablement, including the demo narrative, presentations, discovery guidance, objection handling, and pursuit support.

  • Partner with Product and Client Success on client enablement and adoption programs, including business reviews, webinars, guides, and communications for high-value capabilities.

  • Support major, multi-year implementations with clear client communications, milestone materials, and enablement content.

  • Support new-market and partnership efforts through competitive, persona, RFP support, and market intelligence.

  • Partner with Content & Customer Marketing to develop case studies, reference stories, and other customer proof.

  • Track how teams use TaxSys content and training, how effective they are and how marketing campaigns perform. Use the results to decide what to improve and where to focus.

You May Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 5-7+ years of product marketing experience for complex B2B software, with meaningful ownership of positioning, value and proof development, sales enablement, customer adoption, or market research.

  • Have marketed enterprise software to government—ideally state or local government. Experience in tax administration, government finance, payments, systems of record, or another regulated market is especially valuable.

  • Have a track record of turning product capabilities, customer outcomes, and market insight into credible proof, sales stories, and enablement.

  • Have strong strategic writing, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.

  • Have built adoption or client-enablement programs and, ideally, supported major implementations.

  • Learn complex operational domains quickly, work effectively through ambiguity, and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to make sound decisions.
