What we are looking for:

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Analyst Relations to join our global marketing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping and executing our analyst relations strategy, defending our category leadership, and boosting our reputation to drive business growth.

The Ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, operates with exceptional levels of autonomy, effortlessly builds relationships, and navigates culturally diverse global organizations with ease and confidence. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyst Relations Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Analyst Relations (AR) strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Build & Manage Analyst Relationships: Cultivate strong, proactive relationships with key analysts from top firms, ensuring Insider remains a key player in market discussions.
  • Industry Positioning: Ensure favorable representation in analyst reports, briefings, and inquiries. Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine and strengthen messaging. Coordinate and prepare the leadership for analyst interactions, ensuring they are well-equipped with relevant information and messaging.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track and share key insights from analysts and competitor activities, integrating them into strategic plans, product cycles, and messaging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership, to ensure cohesive analyst engagement and alignment with broader company goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate analyst insights into thought leadership content, press releases, and other materials that strengthen Insider's position in the market.
  • Project Management:  Implement best practices to streamline analyst relations, maintain a yearly AR calendar to ensure consistent, impactful engagements. Lead and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and key engagements at major industry events to enhance visibility and strengthen relationships.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on AR efforts using KPIs such as analyst coverage, sentiment, and market mentions, sharing insights with leadership to optimize future activities.
  • Peer-to-peer communities: Help generate reviews for online communities like Gartner Peer Insights and G2 by working closely with Customer Marketing to ensure we are influencing peer-to-peer communities as well as the traditional analysts.

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You've got a solid track record of experience in product marketing, analyst relations, public relations, competitive intelligence or similar roles in technology and startup environments.
  • You are strongly motivated to master the cultural fluency required to thrive in a global organization (26 countries and counting) and naturally navigate culturally diverse work spaces with confidence and grace.
  • Your previous roles have immersed you in the world of high-growth B2B SaaS enterprise software and services. You've got the deep industry knowledge of cloud services, marketing automation, and marketing technology platforms.
  • You have exposure to or direct experience of securing a first time position or significantly improving a company’s position in a key analyst vendor report.
  • You thrive on building genuine relationships wherever you go.
  • You have experience collaborating with and presenting to senior executives.
  • Negotiating contracts with analyst firms is not uncharted territory for you.
  • Your project and time management skills are nothing short of excellent.
  • You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with both technical and business leaders across various levels and across product, product marketing, and sales organizations.
