The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Strategic Integrations to identify and unlock new value by expanding the SimplePractice ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in assessing the landscape of third-party tools that complement our core experience, building robust business cases for new integrations, and making strategic "build vs. buy vs. integrate" decisions.

Your expertise will be vital in translating how these integrations benefit both our customers and the SimplePractice business. We're seeking someone with experience in building app and integration marketplaces, coupled with a firm understanding of the technical foundations through which such marketplaces are built. The Sr. Product Manager should also possess the ability to confidently lead business development conversations with prospective partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for building a marketplace of 3rd party integration partners. You'll drive the why behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success.
  • Deeply understand the landscape of tools used by private practice to run their business.You’ll use this understanding to define our strategy for integrating and/or partnering with 3rd party solution providers, from delivering the business case for mutually beneficial solutions (for customers, our business, and our partners) to defining new user experiences that seamlessly blend the SimplePractice experience with that of partner.
  • Drive integration and partnership discussions with potential partners, ranging from business case / partnership economics to user experience and technical implementation.
  • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends in technology, opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and adding customer value
  • Deeply understand customers, their needs, and ensure products deliver exceptional value.
  • Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality.
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly.
  • Closely monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of product management experience including strategic product vision and zero to one product development
  • A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in building an integration partner strategy within the context of the SaaS industry. A firm understanding of APIs and the technical foundations of partner ecosystems is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • A passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable to surprise and delight customers.

Base Compensation Range

$151,000 - $175,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
