Guild Grow helps companies offer education and skilling benefits to their employees. But employers don't just want to offer benefits—they want to see what's working. Are employees actually using this? Is it affecting retention? Which programs are worth the investment?
That's your problem to solve. You'll own the Employer Portal's data and reporting experience—the surface where HR and talent leaders make sense of their program's impact. This means you'll need to understand data visualization, reporting extensibility, and how to partner closely with data teams to build something employers actually find useful (not just dashboards that look impressive but don't answer real questions).
This is a remote role with occasional travel to Denver.
Outcomes You'll Be Expected to Achieve- Employer partners can easily access and understand the data that matters to them—without needing to ask Guild for help
- Reporting is flexible enough to support different employer needs without custom work every time
- Measurable improvement in employer satisfaction and self-service adoption within the portal
- Own strategy and roadmap for the employer data and reporting experience
- Lead discovery with employer partners to understand what questions they're actually trying to answer
- Partner with data teams to figure out what's possible, what's reliable, and what tradeoffs exist
- Work with engineering and design to ship reporting features that scale across different employer configurations
- Use AI tooling to prototype and test ideas quickly before committing to full builds
- Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and progress without over-communicating
- Built or significantly improved a reporting or analytics product—and can talk about what made it useful (or not)
- Worked closely with data teams and understand the messiness of turning raw data into something users trust
- Owned a B2B product area where you had to balance what customers asked for with what they actually needed
- Used AI tools to accelerate your own work and can show real examples
- 5–8+ years in product management, ideally B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
- Experience with data products, reporting, or analytics—you know what makes a good dashboard vs. a bad one
- Technical fluency—comfortable talking to engineers and data folks about tradeoffs and architecture
- Strong discovery skills—you dig into customer problems rather than just taking feature requests
- Comfort with AI tooling to move faster on research, prototyping, and documentation
- Clear, concise communication—you can make complex data concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in HR tech, benefits, or talent management products
- Background building reporting for enterprise customers with complex data needs
