The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and growth of our XODO Sign and Xodo.com product line. In this role, you will drive innovation in electronic signature technology, shaping the future of secure, scalable, and user-friendly signing solutions. In addition, you will manage and oversee our Xodo.com website, which we use as a funnel to our products across the Xodo portfolio. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams to deliver best-in-class SaaS experiences that address customer needs, accelerate adoption, and expand our go-to-market presence across key industries.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-impact growth area for Apryse. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that improve trial conversion, optimize pricing strategies, and capture new market share.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of XODO Sign, from roadmap development to execution, ensuring revenue and margin goals are achieved while driving long-term growth.
  • Product Development: Manage day-to-day Scrum processes, refine and prioritize backlogs, and align sprint priorities with engineering teams (largely based in Europe).
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Engage directly with customers to understand pain points, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into valuable product enhancements.
  • Growth & GTM Strategy: Define and execute strategies for trial conversion, free account optimization, and pricing models that expand adoption in both B2C and B2B contexts.
  • Innovative Roadmapping: Anticipate changing market conditions and deliver creative, differentiated features that keep XODO Sign competitive in a dynamic space.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, usage patterns, and market research to validate priorities, measure success, and inform strategic pivots.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful feature launches, migrations, and adoption programs.
  • AI-Driven Efficiency: Explore and integrate AI technologies to streamline internal workflows and enhance product processes.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management (with at least 2+ years at the senior level), ideally in SaaS with a focus on productivity tools or the automation of workflows.
  • Growth Mindset: Proven success in scaling high-growth products, including pricing strategy, trial conversion, and customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions, make confident decisions, and deliver results in an evolving market.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and integrations that support SaaS platforms and hybrid B2C/B2B offerings.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong skills in influencing across functions and presenting clear recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Customer Advocacy: Passionate about gathering feedback and building solutions that directly improve business and user outcomes.
  • Autonomy & Drive: Self-starter comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adjusting schedules to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.
  • Remote Ready: Comfortable operating in a distributed environment; location preferred in Eastern/Central time zones or Europe.

Nice to Haves
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and identity management needs (e.g., HIPAA, SSO, MFA) in e-signature platforms.
  • Background working on products with hybrid B2C and B2B business models.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience & qualifications.
  • Generous PTO to support rest and recharge.
  • A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
  • Highly autonomous environment with excellent work-life balance.
  • A collaborative, diverse, and inclusive workplace that supports continuous growth.
