Job Description:

Elite is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help define and scale the next generation of our legal financial and practice management solutions. As a senior leader in the Product team, you will take ownership of critical capabilities within our platform and drive meaningful outcomes for our global customer base.

This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives on solving complex problems, aligning stakeholders, and delivering elegant, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate deeply with customers, internal teams, and executive leadership to define product strategy, make high-confidence prioritization decisions, and guide execution from concept to adoption.

You’ll not only shape the product roadmap but also influence organizational priorities, product culture, and how we bring innovation to the market. You’ll drive clarity, purpose, and outcomes through crisp strategy and deep user understanding.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategic direction and success of a major product area within our portfolio, with accountability for business and customer outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional product planning—from discovery through launch—across cloud and on-premise platforms, ensuring product vision is aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify emerging opportunities and translate them into strategic product initiatives.
  • Lead customer discovery and validation efforts at scale, ensuring features and functionality are solving high-value problems for end users and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize features, investments, and trade-offs with a clear framework rooted in business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and maintain a compelling, data-informed product roadmap that communicates vision, inspires teams, and aligns internal priorities.
  • Partner with UX, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of usable, scalable, and accessible products.
  • Collaborate across go-to-market, sales, customer success, and support teams to enable successful launches and drive ongoing product adoption.
  • Track product performance through KPIs, usage analytics, and customer feedback—use insights to optimize the product and iterate quickly.
  • Act as a thought leader and internal influencer, driving alignment on product strategy across departments and mentoring junior product managers.
  • Represent the company externally in customer conversations, industry events, and strategic engagements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 - 8+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally within legal tech, financial systems, or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • A strong track record of leading product strategy and execution across complex platforms with multiple stakeholders and user personas.
  • Bring deep functional expertise in core accounting and financial compliance, ideally within enterprise-level financial technology platforms; global experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep experience in customer discovery, market research, and product validation—you have a structured approach to uncovering insights and translating them into value.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to align cross-functional teams and influence decision-makers at all levels, including executives.
  • Fluency in Agile product development processes; you work well with engineering teams while remaining focused on strategic product outcomes.
  • Strong business and systems thinking—you understand the connections between user needs, technology, business models, and operational success.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior product managers and contributing to team culture and practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation Package ($125,000 - $157,000 base salary + variable component)
  • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision)
  • Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer Contribution
  • Professional Development Opportunities
  • Time Off
  • Wellness Initiatives
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Generous Global Parental Leave
  • Calm, free premium subscription
  • Employee Discount Program
