What You’ll Do…

As a Senior Product Manager at Relocity, you’ll own outcomes across our integrated relocation platform. You will work across the transferee mobile app, admin portal, and partner integrations to turn policy-driven, multi-party workflows into simple, scalable experiences. You’ll write crisp specs, prioritize work toward an evidence-based roadmap, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Integrations. You will instrument what ships, deliver iterative MVPs, and leverage AI to improve time-to-value for transferees.

How You’ll Do It…

  • Align cross-team product strategies: Drive experimentation and ensure successful product launches by translating company goals into product OKRs and success metrics.
  • Own roadmap and prioritization: Run discovery, write specs, and sequence work based on evidence, impact, and dependencies.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): Track development progress and market release strategies, providing regular reports.
  • Develop and present plans: Create both short-term and long-term plans that align with business goals and secure approval from executive leadership.
  • Translate business needs into actionable roadmaps: Develop robust roadmaps that reflect business requirements and customer needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate with customers, prospects, and internal teams (executives, sales, marketing, customer success, service, and support) to understand and enhance product value.
  • Leverage resources effectively: Utilize development, UX, and marketing teams to achieve objectives, even without direct reports.
  • Collaborate throughout the product life cycle: Partner with teams from strategy and planning to QA and post-launch activities, ensuring a seamless product journey.
  • Make data-driven decisions: Use metrics, data, and user research to inform choices and justify decisions.
  • Be adaptable and committed: Take on any role necessary to guide products from concept to successful launch.

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

  • 8+ Years professional experience
  • 5+ years of software product management experience
  • Strong track record of successfully conceiving, developing, and launching products or features from ground zero (0 to 1) is a requirement
  • Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver
  • Be able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Proven Leadership skills that will allow you to seamlessly move between the role of leader, facilitator, and contributor.
  • Ability to act as a model product manager for the rest of the organization, contributing to the growth of your direct peer group as well as the company’s product portfolio
  • Experience building, launching, and expanding B2B2C platforms is a plus
  • Experience working with platforms that have AI integration is strongly desired, with the ability to leverage AI to enhance product features and workflows.
  • Experience as a growth product manager is a plus
  • Experience in building products to facilitate product led growth is a plus

Education and/or Technology Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree required; field of study is open, with emphasis on strong technical and analytical skills over a specific major
  • Understand relevant technologies (PHP, MySQL, Laravel, *.js) and architectures to properly support these projects

Pay Range: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 plus Bonus
