We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the next chapter of growth, retention, and lifetime value for Curology and our sister brand, Agency. This is not your average PM role—we’re seeking a strategic operator who can connect the dots between customer needs, business goals, and emerging digital capabilities to deliver experiences as inspiring, seamless, and personalized as the products we ship.

Our digital experience today is strong—but we know it can be better. Your mission: transform customer touchpoints from sign-up through long-term engagement into a connected, insight-driven journey that fuels business growth. This is a high-impact role tied directly to 2025 strategic priorities and beyond!

What You'll Own

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for initiatives that accelerate growth, retention, and LTV while contributing to the broader product roadmap and strategy  across Curology and Agency.
  • Tackle ambiguity collaboratively with Engineers, Product Analysts, and UX Designers in order to bring the product vision to life.
  • Collaborate closely with the partners and stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Pharmacy, Fulfillment, Finance, and Legal to uncover insights, validate solutions, and build excellent customer experiences.
  • Leverage data to identify problems or opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure success.
  • Develop product requirement documents that distill complex problems into actionable strategies, clear requirements, and measurable value for our customers and business.
  • Define and monitor proxy metrics that roll up to strategic outcomes and OKRs while also measuring the success of the product.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B testing to validate hypotheses, optimize customer experiences, and accelerate growth.
  • Ensure alignment across teams, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • Influence stakeholders and outcomes without formal authority, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset while also delivering measurable business results.

Requirements

Industry Expertise

  • 5–7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of improving consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience in subscription, prescription, or telehealth/beauty-tech businesses.
  • Skilled at navigating regulated digital experiences (e.g., HIPAA-compliant onboarding, medical intake flows).

Growth & Retention Mindset

  • You understand the levers that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value—and can design product strategies to move them.
  • Proven success using experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multi-variant tests) to inform decisions.

Customer-Centric Storytelling

  • You think beyond features—you craft narratives and journeys that connect emotionally with customers.
  • You know how to turn a compliance-heavy or operationally complex process into something delightful and brand-right.

Data & Decision-Making

  • Comfortable with metrics and analytics; you know how to measure what matters and avoid vanity metrics.
  • Experienced in translating quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable product priorities.

Influence & Collaboration

  • Adept at building trust and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable making tough calls with incomplete information.
  • You bring a team-first mentality and a knack for working well with diverse stakeholders, ensuring everyone has the space to contribute their unique perspectives.

Mindset & Approach

  • Thrives in ambiguity—able to bring clarity, prioritize effectively, and act decisively without perfect information.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity, and focuses on delivering quantifiable business or customer value.
  • Loves tackling complex customer and business problems, balancing creativity with analytical rigor.
  • Driven by measurable outcomes—your track record shows consistent impact on KPIs in consumer-facing products.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with growth-focused analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Familiarity with personalization engines or AI-driven product features.
  • Exposure to health-tech or regulated customer journeys.
  • Background in beauty, wellness, or skincare tech.

Benefits

You Will Love Working At Curology Because:

  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees; flexible spending account; 401k; mental health & wellness programs
  • Minimum Time Off policy (unlimited PTO, with at least 3 weeks off) for exempt employees
  • 11 company observed holidays
  • Additional holidays: Curology days off (1 per quarter), 1 annual floating holiday (employee’s choice), and Gratitude Week (employees take the full week of Thanksgiving off; business critical teams observe different days)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employee donation matching program
  • Company-sponsored events
  • Free subscription to Curology or Agency (for you and another VIP of your choice!)

Salary Range: $140k-$160k (placement in range dependent on location and experience)

Curology encourages applications from people of all races, religions, national origins, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, and ages, as well as veterans and individuals with disabilities.
