Job Summary
As the senior product manager, you will be responsible for developing new products and services, refining existing products and services, and providing support to the field and home office partners as a subject matter expert for assigned product and service lines. This role will be highly collaborative and influential with stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders and may at times require you to perform as the project manager, especially in work of small to moderate scope.
25% Market Analysis and Product Development: Monitor, evaluate, and analyze market factors, including competitive and economic landscape and consumer insights, to develop products and services which drive business growth and deliver a great customer experience.
25% Sales and Marketing Support: Ensure internal sales force and field offices has up-to-date product knowledge, training, and support to confidently sell new products.
25% Product Management: Takes initiative to independently develop and improve product efficiency, developing any needed roadmaps and managing activities related to the maintenance of assigned products and services.
25% Project Leadership: Lead or sponsors cross-departmental or cross-functional teams to align product and services objectives, collaborating on project planning, ensuring an effective flow of information, and analyzing potential impact on people, technology, structure, and workflow.
Skills and background You’ll Need
Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or a related field is required; advanced degree or certification is preferred.
Nine (9) years of product development or management experience in defined contribution record keeping is required.
In-depth and advanced knowledge of retirement plan product line and market is required.

The ability to develop relationships quickly by following through on work and balancing the needs of all involved.
Ability to “story tell” to help stakeholder visualize the throughline of proposed work.
Proven success stabilizing products that support department and organization focus through following the products as they move through all stages and iterations.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$105,000.00 - $153,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
