Zafran is looking for an experienced dynamic Director of Product Strategy to join our team. As a Director of Product Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of our cutting-edge cybersecurity platform. You will collaborate closely with C level executives and cross-functional teams, key customers, field engineers, and product teams, contributing to build the best solution in the world solving threats and vulnerabilities.

What you will do
- Work directly alongside the CEO & Leadership team to shape and refine Zafran’s product strategy.
- Drive market and competitive analysis, uncovering trends and opportunities that help guide product direction and business growth.
- Meet with and interview customers regularly, running feedback sessions to deeply understand their challenges and ensure our product strategy aligns with real-world needs.
- Analyze customer and field feedback to surface insights that drive differentiation and long-term product direction.
- Partner with executives and sales leaders to evaluate prospect opportunities.
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable priorities for the product team, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, or related strategic roles in a technology-driven company.
- Proven ability to conduct market and competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Experience in cybersecurity, with an understanding of industry trends.
- Ability to zoom out to the big picture while staying hands-on with details.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to dive into new technologies quickly
