As our Sr. Product Manager, you will work in a management capacity to shape the future of our backup care experience. You will build features to better support our caregiving members, enable our Care Team to more efficiently deliver a world-class experience, and showcase the value of our service to clients. You will lead efforts around product vision, prioritization, and scoping.
You will report directly to the Chief Experience Officer

- Drive Strategic Impact & Execution – Lead high-impact, ambiguous projects aligned with company-level goals, ensuring consistent delivery against the roadmap.
- Ownership & Decision-Making – Make sound decisions, engage the right stakeholders, and lead with clarity while maintaining strong accountability across product areas (e.g., documentation, marketing, sales enablement).
- Vision & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Communicate a clear product vision, align teams on feature requirements, and drive execution across operations, finance, design, and engineering.
- User-Centered Development – Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and optimize member experiences for seamless discovery, booking, and reimbursement.
- Compliance & Workflow Optimization – Design scalable processes for provider vetting, background checks, and regulatory compliance while automating manual tasks.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Establish and track KPIs, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
- Ecosystem & Integration Growth – Develop partnerships and integrations with care networks, providers, and third-party services to expand capabilities.
- Security & Compliance Leadership – Ensure best-in-class security and regulatory compliance for provider and member data.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in marketplace, care coordination, or operations-heavy businesses with experience managing high-impact projects with limited resources and competing priorities.
- Highly technical, hands-on problem solver – comfortable troubleshooting, writing code, designing solutions, and leveraging new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Operationally minded, with a deep understanding of workflows, logistics, and service delivery.
- Data-driven decision-maker, skilled in leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and improvements.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, working effectively with engineering, operations, and finance teams.
- Proven ability to scale complex services in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Track record of launching successful products and features in agile environments.
- Clear, concise communicator, with strong writing and storytelling abilities.
Qualifications that are preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience in child care, elder care, home services, or gig-based marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of compliance and background check processes, including Trust & Safety, provider vetting, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in payment processing, reimbursement workflows, and financial compliance.
- Hands-on experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related service industries.
Total Rewards Package
- Salary Range: $142,000-$155,000/year

Role Requirements:
To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment.

This is a remote and US states based opportunity. We ask that you work in a location that is:
