About Presence

Presence is the leading provider of teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. Through our award-winning technology, Presence connects speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health specialists to schools, districts, and organizations nationwide. Our growing network of 2,000+ clinicians has delivered over 7 million teletherapy sessions to K-12 students.

We are a remote-first, distributed workforce of 200+ corporate employees, headquartered in New York. We place a high value on “cameras on” engagement, schedule coordination and cross-functional communication to stay connected with each other when working in different places. Many roles require travel to create opportunities to engage in-person with our school partners, our clinicians, and each other.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is interested in:

  • Creating painless, automated time-tracking experiences for our providers.
  • Enabling our customers with best-in-class insights to manage and allocate their spend.
  • Streamline our financial operations tools for further scale.
  • Leading interdisciplinary functional teams of designers, engineers, clinicians, and operators to reimagine our revenue conversion management-as-a-product from the bottom up.
  • Make Presence the preferred partner for our customers for speech, mental health, behavioral, and occupational therapists through financial insights for schools..
  • Developing and managing the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a category at Presence, working with stakeholders to rapidly plan, prioritize, and ship product.
  • Nice to have: Revenue conversion management experience

What makes a successful Product Manager at Presence? Someone who is:

  • User-obsessed. You are deeply empathetic, constantly putting yourself in the shoes of our users (whether that be our schools, students, or clinical team).
  • Impact-driven. You care about your impact upon the world. That means more building and less talking as you work towards something that has the chance of changing people’s lives.
  • A Renaissance (wo)man. You’re curious, always learning, and as comfortable talking shop with a clinician as with a designer or engineer.
  • Strategic and Tactical. You can alternate between 10,000-foot and 10-foot views easily and at the right time. Product vision? Fit-and-finish? All in a day’s work.
  • Creative. You don’t need to be asked to think outside of the box...you know when to climb hills and when to jump them.
  • Scrappy. You’re a hustler who will get your hands dirty and protect your builders at every turn.
  • A leader. You’re kind, charismatic, and humble. Teams want to be in the trenches with you, and to build something great by your side.

What experience should you have?

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience shipping impactful products and features
  • College degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Required:
    • Startup experience.
    • Built products from scratch.
    • Selected and integrated best-in-class solutions.

What are some of the benefits we offer?

  • Comprehensive Medical Coverage includes Dental and Vision
  • Flexible PTO
  • 11 Company Paid Holidays
  • Benefits Package: including 401K savings plan and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
  • $500 home office stipend
  • Paid Life insurance, AD&D. and disability benefits
  • Paid parental and caregiving leave.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Professional Development Scholarship.
  • Inclusive Culture: We are intentional about creating a culture that is fun and inclusive.

This role is also eligible to participate in Presence’s equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions.

Salary ranges are:

  • San Fransisco Bay Area: $150,000.00- $170,000.00
  • All other market locations: $130,000.00-$160,000.00

  • This is a remote position based in the US
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in the San Franscisco Bay Area
  • This position reports to the Chief Product Officer
  • This position may require additional travel for special projects, offsites, and events.
