We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our outstanding Product team and be at the forefront of making the digital world accessible to all. Take ownership of delivering innovative products that improve digital accessibility across the web and contribute to an outstanding user experience!

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Trends: Conducts deep market research, competitive analysis and trend forecasting to shape product vision and strategy
  • Product strategy: Craft and shape the product strategy that support the company’s goals and mission on a time horizon of at least 1 year
  • Voice of customer: Leverage quantitative and qualitative research techniques to understand user needs, developing new opportunity hypotheses and experiments that drive product success.
  • Full stack product management: Drive and implement the full end-to-end product development process from discovery through to implementation and launch.
  • Stakeholder management: Influence executive partners, align teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Teamwork: Collaborate daily with our engineering, data science, design, research and go-to-market teams to create the necessary conditions for your products to succeed
  • Product Delivery: Coordinate the product delivery process from alpha/beta MVP stages to general release, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Mentorship: Mentors junior and intermediate PMs and contributes to the shaping of team processes and rituals.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience as a software product manager working in a subscription-based business model
  • BSc. in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent
  • Strong technical proficiency with shown ability to influence technical decisions and system level trade-offs
  • Shown experience building evidence-based cases for major product investments and understanding business metrics
  • Deep understanding and confirmed experience with product management methodologies.
  • Shown success using evidence based decision-making techniques
  • Demonstrated success in leading and launching software products.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience running the success of mobile products
  • Experience building and launching AI driven capabilities
  • Experience handling products for a technical audience
  • Familiarity with mobile development frameworks like Flutter, .NET MAUI, Swift UI
  • Previous experience or familiarity with front-end web development
  • Previous experience in sales or solutions engineering
  • Software Development/QA: Background in software development or QA automation engineering.
