As a Senior Product Manager on the Platform Team you will own initiatives to develop the systems and tools that allow us and our customers to manage the lifecycle of their accounts, including billing. You will own all aspects of the product development lifecycle. You will be accountable for setting and achieving KPIs that measure customer impact and business results. This impactful role requires proactive leadership and the ability to independently drive large, cross-functional product initiatives. It is a critical role that will underpin our efforts to delight our customers and enable ServiceTitan’s continued market expansion.

What you'll do: 

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of a related set of platform solutions.

  • Independently execute across all areas of the product development lifecycle (research, concept, requirements, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption).

  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to identify and understand problem areas.

  • Leverage user analytics to understand pain points and identify opportunities to achieve data driven goals.

  • Create and present business cases to recommend new investment areas.

  • Take ownership and accountability over the overall performance and availability of your functionality.

  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts / bottlenecks.

  • Effectively assess customer escalations and impact to roadmap, allocate resources accordingly for resolution.

  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert with customers, prospects, and in our online community.

  • Build strong working relationships with developers, designers, UX researchers, legal, security, and other teams as required.

  • Drive success and adoption of your products by creating launch plans and with enablement managers in creating training plans.

What you'll need: 

  • 5+ years experience in a product management role preferably in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of shipping new products and features.

  • Strong technical background with an understanding of system design (especially effective extensibility), ability to define clear functional standards, aptitude with APIs, knowledge of modular multi-tenant SaaS microservice architectures.

  • Strong persuasive communicator and can effectively communicate with different work styles to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to rapidly gain a deep understanding of the problem space, and craft a compelling product vision and roadmap for all audiences.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, customer success, go-to-market, and external partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on data.

  • Strong planning skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain close attention to detail, and drive work on multiple pieces of functionality in parallel that are at different stages in the product lifecycle.

  • Self-motivation, a goal-oriented focus, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines

  • Exude leadership qualities; professionalism, positive attitude, proactivity, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and influence.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
