As a Senior Product Manager for API and  Platform  Services, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of our API and analytics products Platform Services including our Access and Identity Management (AIM) Service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
 

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for API and Data Service products Platform and Identity Services.
  • Own Intapp Common Data Service lifecycle strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure the product vision is scalable.
  • Communicate and outline achievable product objectives for Engineering, adjusting scope as necessary to meet key milestones.
     

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, focusing on Analytics, API or Identity Services API and business analytics products.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI to derive data insights and using the Azure ecosystem (i.e. Azure Data Lake) or similar technologies to create a robust data platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of data platforms and data engineering teams - their practices, problems, and use cases. Continuously refine your understanding of the evolving data stack and how customers use these to solve which problems, and what associated new problems come with that e.g. Spark, Kafka, DBT, Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, ETL.
  • Experience with Identity Access Management stack is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of API usage.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
