Position Overview:

Passionate and strategic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Fraud and Risk team.
This role is pivotal in shaping our industry-leading solution, which helps secure both workforce and consumer identities.
As part of Ping Identity, a recognized leader in the IAM space, you will drive innovation in fraud prevention and risk management, playing a key role in the company’s success.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and customers to deliver cutting-edge security solutions in a rapidly evolving market.

 
You will:
Build the strategy and roadmap of Ping’s Protect, Risk and Fraud product - super fast growing product Gather, specify, deeply analyze and prioritize market requirements for current and future products and markets, by conducting market research supported by interactions with stakeholders and customers Integrate new services and intelligence technologies.
 Build the product requirements, aligning with all the relevant stakeholders Evaluate trends in the market and emerging technologies Use metrics and quantitative analysis to gain insights and find new opportunities Work with sales, marketing, other R&D depts. and support to achieve successful product buy-in; and to ensure engagement across the company.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage customers.
Evangelize, educate and train the sales team, sales engineers and the support team.
Constantly innovate and maintain product leadership in the market .

You have:

3+ years experience in Product Management in one or more of these areas: Risk, Compliance, Produce Abuse or  Fraud Prevention, at meaningful scale technology products.  

Knowledge and prior experience of how Fraud/Risk prevention and mitigation systems work within scaled products and corporations, including the nexus of Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, Legal and Program Managment. 

“What could go right” mindset & vision.  

Curiosity and both plan making and execution skills. 

Data driven approach and experimentation as a habit. 

You have an advantage if you have:

Prior experience in leveraging AI in the above areas 

Prior experience in Identity and Access Management, or elsewhere in Security
A record of collaboration with CISO / CRO staff levels at major corporations 

Deep domain knowledge in identity related Fraud MOs such as ATO, New Account Fraud, Social Engineering, Data exfiltration.
