About Omni

Omni is the AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. Built on a semantic model, Omni gives enterprises a governed context graph for analytics and AI. Teams use Omni to ask questions in plain English, refine answers in workbooks, and bring trusted data into tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Slack.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Omni has raised $217M from the world’s top investors, including ICONIQ, Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and GV. Its latest $120M Series C valued the company at $1.5B.

About the Role

Omni is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define how organizations put their data to work in the age of AI. You'll partner closely with customers and teams across the company to find the problems worth solving, shape the solutions, and see them through to real impact.

We build across a wide surface: a governed semantic and context layer, AI-native BI, and the apps and agents that help customers act on their data. You'll work alongside teammates and leaders with deep experience in the space, with the autonomy to set priorities, make the calls, and drive what comes next.

A few recent launches, for a flavor of what we're up to:

  • Apps – build governed business tools just by describing them, secured by the semantic model, hosted and shareable with the whole team

  • Routines – an AI analyst that runs recurring analysis in the background and delivers it to Slack or your inbox

  • AI Evals – a test suite to run your AI agent like a data product

  • Magic sauce, after all – giving our AI analyst the full expressive power of SQL without losing the semantic model's guardrails

We move quickly, ship often, and iterate. "Ship it!" is one of our core values, and it shows up most visibly in our weekly team demos: build something real, show it, ship it. As a PM here, you'll help shape what lands in those demos.

You Will
  • Own the roadmap and direction for an area of the product, and drive ambitious problems from rough idea to shipped and adopted

  • Set the point of view: live in the product, talk to users constantly, and make the prioritization calls on what's worth building and what isn't

  • Partner with experienced engineers and designers to ship fast and iterate until it's right

  • Take products to market with GTM, and turn what you learn in the field into what you build next

About You
  • 5+ years in product management, or a comparable path from a technical, analytics, or customer-facing role where you worked hands-on with product teams

  • Familiarity with data and analytics products – you've worked in tools like Omni, Looker, Snowflake, Databricks, or dbt, and you understand how people work with data

  • You operate well in ambiguity, have strong instincts for product quality and taste, and bias toward shipping

  • You've built or shaped AI-powered features, seen how they work under the hood, and are energized by how AI can reimagine BI and data work

Why Join Us
  • Passionate, close-knit team with extensive experience in the space, including founders from Looker and Stitch Data.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) Plan.

  • Unlimited PTO.

Omni is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and encourage you to apply even if you don’t check every single box. Please, let us know if you need any reasonable accommodations during the interview process.
