Chooose builds software to enable the lower carbon fuel value chain.

Companies like Delta Air Lines, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, and Microsoft use the Chooose platform to build, operate, and scale their lower carbon fuel programs (typically referred to as Sustainable Aviation Fuel, or SAF), and to advance voluntary and compliance carbon management initiatives.

With offices in Miami and Oslo, and remote employees across the US and Europe, Chooose is relentlessly focused on delivering enterprise software products to enable our customers to drive lower carbon fuel adoption. The company has raised $50M from leading venture capital and strategic investors.

The role

As a Senior Product Manager at Chooose, you will own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for your domain. You’ll work with a core team of engineers and designers to build products that enable the largest aviation fuel suppliers and fuel buyers to accelerate their lower carbon fuel business processes.

We’re looking for someone who is energized by ambiguity, deeply curious about the frontier of AI in enterprise products, and passionate about building products that balance technical depth with intuitive user experiences. You’ll need to be hands-on with prototyping and comfortable translating complex systems into clear, user-centered solutions.

This role reports to the CTO.

This is a remote role that must be based in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida

What you’ll do

  • Own the vision, roadmap and execution for a Chooose domain, balancing intuition with data

  • Deeply understand the aviation fuel market and our customers’ needs by spending time with customers

  • Drive high-velocity execution with a distributed team of engineers and designers

  • Prototype rapidly using tools like Cursor to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready products

  • Stay deeply plugged into AI tooling, industry trends, and emergent applications, filtering signal from noise and applying it accelerate execution for the Product team

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations

What you bring to the table

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related)

  • Minimum 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience in an enterprise context

  • Strong customer empathy and design thinking

  • Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on tools

  • Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems, such as prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation, and the judgment to translate these into reliable, user-facing products

  • Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments  (Figma)

  • Fluency in data and experimentation, and understanding when the answer cannot be found in the data

  • Proven ability to lead small, technical teams toward ambitious product goals with urgency

  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, synthesizing complex systems into compelling narratives

  • Native-level English writing and speaking skills

Not for you if

  • You prefer product strategy briefings over hands-on delivery

  • You’re not building with AI

Nice to have

  • Experience building in financial, enterprise, or other compliance-heavy domains requiring precision and complex systems thinking

  • Experience in high growth startups

  • Experience getting results on a distributed team

The interview process
At Chooose, we prioritize transparency throughout our interview process. If your qualifications look like a fit, we’ll begin with a few introductory conversations where you'll have the chance to discuss your experience and learn more about our company. The second phase varies depending on the role and will most likely involve a practical exercise to show your work. The third and final phase consists of a few one-on-one conversation members of the executive team. The process should take approx. 4-6 weeks. While we strive to keep to this timeline, the occasional adjustment may occur; we’re focused on ensuring for enough time to get to know one another.
