Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Product Partner
- Scale pre‑ and post‑sales field readiness; work with technical sales and solution teams to capture feedback loops, prioritize backlog items, and shape the roadmap.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain collateral that communicates roadmap themes and backlog priorities. Compile and publish the Rovo PM roadmap for the field audience.
- Partner with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement) to ensure consistent messaging and seamless hand‑off.
Demo Environment & Public Materials
- Own the customer-facing demo environment for field teams and Team 26 events
- Define and promote "golden use cases" with Rovo product teams that connect product capabilities to customer needs. Develop these use cases in the demo environment, building out appropriate content, capabilities, and training.
- Improve the 3P data access in the customer‑facing demo environment for testing Rovo in real‑world scenarios.
- Track demo usage metrics, adoption KPIs, and field feedback to iterate on demo experiences.
- Partner with Marketing to enhance content on public website, improve upon and further develop use case library, and regularly publish content on the Atlassian Community.
- Lead the design and delivery of a new demo environment on the public website to enable prospects and customers to explore product features in a self-serve capacity.
Communication
- Craft clear, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences (written and verbal).
- Present roadmap updates and adoption results to senior leadership and field teams.
- Represent Rovo in demos and executive briefings on customer calls.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on go‑to‑market, field enablement, or developer‑facing platforms.
- Proven track record launching AI features or programs that directly impacted sales velocity, customer activation, or product adoption.
- Experience partnering with technical sales and marketing to create collateral, use‑case libraries, and demo assets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tell a product story to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Data‑driven decision‑making - comfortable working with usage metrics, adoption dashboards, and feedback loops.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI‑driven SaaS products and understanding of enterprise AI goals and concerns.
- Background building or managing public demo environments, sandbox platforms, or self‑serve trial experiences.
- Familiarity with Atlassian's ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, JSM, etc.) and the Rovo product suite a bonus.
- Prior work in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional AI or cloud product team.
