Are you passionate about building commercial products that drive real business impact? Are you energized by working at the intersection of marketplace supply growth, B2B partner experience, and monetization? If you're looking to grow your product career at Realtor.com®, consider joining us as our newest Senior Product Manager, Rentals Supply & Listing Products.
As the Senior Product Manager for Rentals Supply & Listing Products, you will own both sides of a critical marketplace equation: growing the inventory of rental listings on Realtor.com® and building the commercial products that help partners promote and manage that inventory effectively.
On the supply side, you will drive the strategy for how rental listings reach Realtor.com® (through new partner integrations, MLS data feeds, and direct-from-owner channels) and own the onboarding and content quality experience that turns raw listing data into a trustworthy consumer product. On the commercial side, you will own listing promotions, competitive pricing, the partner portal, and payment infrastructure, with direct accountability for growing the rentals listing promotion business into a meaningful contributor to the rentals P&L.
You will lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and designers and work closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Partner Success teams to execute a roadmap that grows supply, improves quality, and drives revenue.
What You'll Do:
Build and Scale Rental Listing Supply | Drive inventory growth across all supply channels: partner integrations, MLS data feeds, and direct-from-owner listings.
- Identify and prioritize new partnerships with property management companies, listing aggregators, MLS providers, and individual owners to expand coverage and depth.
- Define the infrastructure needed to ingest, validate, and maintain high-quality listing data at scale.
- Own supply-side KPIs (active listing counts, market coverage, feed health, new supply velocity) and use them to drive roadmap decisions.
Own the Listings Onboarding and Content Quality Experience | Set the bar for how new listings activate on Realtor.com® and ensure that bar holds across every supply source.
- Define and enforce content standards (completeness, accuracy, image quality, data freshness) and build the product mechanisms that sustain data integrity at scale.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Content to build scalable ingestion, normalization, and enrichment pipelines that reduce manual effort and time-to-active.
- Create feedback loops between quality signals and partner workflows, giving supply sources the guidance they need to improve over time.
Drive Revenue Through the Listing Promotions Suite | Own the end-to-end roadmap for promotion products that help partners gain visibility, generate leads, and demonstrate ROI.
- Develop and iterate on promotion tiers, placement logic, and performance-driven upsell pathways.
- Ensure the promotions suite remains a meaningful competitive differentiator in the rental advertising marketplace.
Lead Competitive Pricing and Market Intelligence | Build a pricing framework grounded in market research, partner feedback, and ongoing competitive analysis.
- Monitor pricing trends across key competitors and bring forward data-driven recommendations on strategy and packaging.
- Partner with Data Science and Finance to model pricing scenarios, forecast revenue impact, and optimize for both partner adoption and P&L contribution.
Own the Partner Portal Product | Lead the roadmap for the self-service portal where rental partners manage listings, access performance data, and optimize their presence on Realtor.com® .
- Identify and prioritize improvements that reduce friction, increase engagement, and create natural upsell pathways.
- Translate partner research and support insights into requirements that improve satisfaction and support retention.
- Define and track KPIs across revenue, partner adoption, retention, supply, and content quality.
Ensure Payment Infrastructure Scales with the Business | Own the product strategy for the payment infrastructure supporting partner transactions.
- Partner with Engineering and Finance to evaluate and improve payment flows that minimize friction while meeting compliance and business requirements.
Stay Close to Partners and Bring Their Perspective In | Conduct ongoing research with rental partners, from large property management firms to individual owners, to surface needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
- Use partner insights to validate roadmap priorities and identify new product opportunities.
- Serve as the internal advocate for the partner and owner perspective in planning, cross-functional discussions, and executive reviews.
Lead a High-Performing Cross-Functional Pod | Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality supply and partner products with clear business impact.
- Write stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans that enable smooth development cycles and shared alignment.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to ensure initiatives are well-instrumented, well-supported, and set up for adoption.
