Senior Product Manager, GRC

As a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the overall efficacy and impact of the product features in your area of responsibility. You will own the customer voice for your product area and prioritization for your cross-functional team of designers and engineers. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-departmental partners like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deeply serve customers throughout their Vanta journey.

The Program Operations team at Vanta builds the systems and workflows that help customers operate high-quality, audit-ready compliance programs powered by AI. As our customers grow in scale and complexity, they rely on Vanta not just for compliance automation, but for running their programs day-to-day. You will be responsible for scaling and evolving the tools that help teams track program progress, act on audit findings, continuously improve their programs, and executive reporting. You’ll keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving market landscape and drive differentiation with an AI-first mindset. You’ll join a fully staffed team with a strong roadmap, including improvements to issue management and reporting, and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact for both our customers and the business.

What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Program Operations at Vanta:

• Deeply understand our customers and our market

• Own the vision and strategy for Program Operations and play a key role in defining the broader Vanta GRC strategy

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance product differentiation and deliver measurable value to customers

• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company

• Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage

How to be successful in this role:

• Have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers in the SaaS/B2B space

• Bring experience and drive to ship AI-powered products, including rapid experimentation, rigorous evaluation, and LLM prompt tuning to ensure high product quality

• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reach out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex problem areas through data-driven decision making

• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders

• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management

• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas, requirements, and product vision to team members, stakeholders, and executives

• Helpful prior experiences:

  • Reporting & Analytics OR

  • Project, Task Management, and workflow tooling
