Role Overview

AvidXchange, a leader in automating invoice and payment processes, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform Product Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving platform adoption and delivering a unified vision across the organization. The ability to manage multiple, often conflicting or ambiguous priorities, is crucial.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement product strategies for the multi-product adoption of secure, scalable, API-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
  • Design and lead adoption strategies for major product initiatives, ensuring successful launch and execution.
  • Analyze performance metrics to tailor effective monitoring strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve offerings.
  • Prioritize and resolve product-related issues effectively.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or a closely related role (e.g., Product Owner, software engineer).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, product management, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in service-oriented architecture discussions and development.
  • Proficiency with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • High level of initiative and innovation with a results-driven focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
