  • Design frictionless onboarding flows that optimize for conversion, compliance, and risk management.
  • Define, track, and analyze key success metrics (e.g., time to activation, drop-off rate, approval rate, portfolio risk).
  • Learn from data and customer feedback (internal and external) to identify new opportunities to improve the platform and the end user experience.
  • Build a long-term vision for the commerce onboarding platform.
  • Drive continuous improvements to onboarding performance through experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization).
  • Work with the engineers to prioritize, sequence, and deliver new capabilities while using our agile process and platform mindset.
  • Work with multiple internal teams to solicit feedback, gain buy-in, and communicate all changes.

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of product management experience in building platform-based products and experiences. Payments experience would be a plus.
  • Launched customer facing software products with clear customer problem and measurements of the impact
  • Experience working as a product owner (or with product owners) in a data-driven, agile environment.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, and operations.

  • Experience using JIRA, AWS Quicksight, Fullstory.
  • Experience working on remote and distributed teams.
  • Experience working with PayFac, merchant acquiring, or embedded payments
