About the Role

Everstream Analytics combines deep supply chain expertise with advanced data, analytics, and AI to help some of the world's largest organisations anticipate and respond to disruption before it impacts their operations.

Our Supply Chain Risk Management platform helps customers identify, assess, and respond to disruptions across complex global supply networks through risk intelligence, supply chain mapping, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and deliver product capabilities within Everstream's Supply Chain Risk Management platform. This role will work across different areas of the platform based on customer needs, market opportunities, and company priorities.

You will proactively identify and define high-value customer problems, shape product solutions, and drive delivery of capabilities that help organisations make faster, better-informed decisions.

Working closely with customers, Engineering, Data Science, and other stakeholders, you'll make product decisions within your area of ownership, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations to deliver measurable outcomes.

This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to take on people leadership responsibilities as the organisation grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a product domain within the Supply Chain Risk Management platform and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer problems through research, customer conversations, usage data, and market insight.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritised product backlog that maximises customer and business value.
  • Use lightweight prototypes, experiments, and product concepts to validate ideas, test assumptions, and reduce delivery risk before development.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics can improve the platform.
  • Define and evolve analytics and decision-support capabilities that help customers better understand and manage supply chain risk.
  • Measure product performance using customer feedback, product analytics, and business outcomes to inform future priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Communicate product priorities and roadmap decisions clearly across Engineering, commercial teams, and leadership.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience managing and delivering successful SaaS products in a Product Management role.
  • Experience within procurement, supplier risk, supply chain risk management, manufacturing, or adjacent B2B SaaS markets.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
  • Strong experience building data-driven products, analytics capabilities, or decision-support solutions.
  • Proven ability to synthesise customer, commercial, and technical inputs into clear product priorities, requirements, and delivery plans.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping products and features that deliver measurable customer and business value.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building AI-enabled products or applying AI to analytics and decision-support solutions.
  • Experience working directly within procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software products for global organisations.
  • Experience working with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
