Role Overview
As Senior Product Manager on the Loom Enterprise team, you are on a mission to make Loom the trusted video product for the enterprise segment. Your customers are end-users at our largest Atlassian customers, and enterprise admins and decision makers.
This is a highly cross-functional role and you'll collaborate closely with your counterparts in Design and Engineering, as well as with Marketing, Support, Success, and Sales. To help our teams work together, you must be located between PST and EST.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $164,700 - $215,025
Zone B: $148,500 - $193,875
Zone C: $136,800 - $178,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:
- Own vision and roadmap to drive Enterprise growth.
- Work across product, engineering, sales, design, data, research, and marketing to define and ship the roadmap.
- Track and deliver Enterprise adoption and growth goals.
- Closely partner with Sales, Marketing, and Success to deliver business outcomes.
- Customer pre-sales and post-sales engagement: pre-sales engagement to partner with sales team to instill customer confidence in our products; post-sales representation of Enterprise in high-priority customer escalations during set-up and roll-out phase.
Your Background
- 5+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Enterprise segment experience)
- You are data-driven PM who is experienced with B2B growth tactics
- You have experience working directly with both product and sales teams and being held to performance numbers.
- You have experience building high-quality products with design and engineering teams
- You are willing to get into the weeds
- You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- You make things happen. You manage ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way
