About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key integrations within our Long-Term Rental (LTR) product line. You’ll focus on how PetScreening connects with Property Management Systems (PMS), CRMs, and partner platforms, helping clients manage pets and assistance animals seamlessly within their workflows.

This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll define priorities, lead delivery, and collaborate across teams to translate complex partner requirements into simple, scalable solutions. Success requires technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, and a strong bias for action in an evolving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the integrations roadmap for the LTR product line, aligned with business and platform strategy.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver integrations that are viable, feasible, and user-friendly.
  • Translate API, authentication, and data mapping requirements into clear product documentation.
  • Use SQL, Postman, Excel, etc. to analyze data flows, test integrations, and monitor performance.
  • Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize improvements and measure success.
  • Act as the primary liaison for integration partners and internal stakeholders, driving clarity and alignment.
  • Operate comfortably in ambiguity—bringing structure and progress to complex, cross-functional efforts.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or platform products.
  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL (data analysis), Postman (API testing), and Excel (structured reporting).
  • Experience managing integrations at both the application and data layers (synchronization, schema mapping, pipelines).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with UX and product design to create intuitive, high-quality experiences.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills; comfortable working across teams and partners.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS’s) is a plus.

Essential Job Functions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets by achieving key productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team by sharing ideas and process improvements, while working in a hybrid environment that requires being in the office 3 days a week. Regular attendance at in-office team meetings and training sessions is a component of the hybrid work model.
