Dispel: Security, For All

Dispel is redefining how the world’s most critical industries connect, protect, and operate. Built for both Operational Technology (OT) and security teams, our Zero Trust Engine delivers secure, scalable connectivity across every make, model, and generation of equipment—enabling fast, reliable remote access, industrial data streaming, and integrated threat monitoring in even the most complex environments.

Since 2015, we’ve been pioneering cybersecurity innovation: inventing network-level Moving Target Defense (MTD), securing 54 million utility users worldwide, protecting over $500B in manufactured goods annually, and ensuring the everyday essentials people rely on—from 50% of the U.S. baby formula supply to 1 in 5 non-alcoholic beverages in America—are made and delivered safely.

If you're passionate about providing security, for all, this is the place to be.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader across multiple teams, driving product delivery from conception to rollout. This role is both highly collaborative and autonomous- requiring an individual who is comfortable gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing development processes, and ensuring delivery meets customer and business needs.

You’ll help shape the future of the platform by connecting user feedback, design principles, and technical feasibility into actionable, user-focused product outcomes.

Requirements

Strategic Product Ownership

  • Define and groom product specs in close collaboration with engineering and design
  • Gather, scope, and validate requirements with stakeholders
  • Track bugs and enhancements, prioritize work, and ensure transparency around product state
  • Plan customer deployments and communicate updates effectively
  • Prepare detailed release notes and manage support SLAs

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, support, and project managers to track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery
  • Promote collaboration across teams and disciplines, ensuring feature work is integrated across the broader product suite

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving successful outcomes in complex technical environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in remote work settings
  • Comfortable managing system-level projects, from business process improvement to documentation tooling

Bonus Points

  • Startup or early-stage company experience where ownership and scrappiness were key
  • Familiarity with secure access technologies, infrastructure platforms, or regulated product environments
  • Experience driving product maturity in high-compliance or enterprise deployment scenarios
  • Prior ownership of internal tooling rollouts (e.g., knowledge bases, collaboration software)

Benefits
  • $115-145K base
  • Performance bonus eligible
  • Equity eligible
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
