About the Role

Figure is looking for a creative problem solver with a bias for action to join our growing team as a Senior Product Manager! Do you excel at working cross-functionally by finding simple solutions to complex problems? As a PM on Figure’s lending technology product team, you will help build and own the next generation of consumer financial services products in a high speed, high performance, innovative environment. 

This role will focus on the continued success of Figure’s flagship HELOC product and will report directly to the Director of Product Management for HELOC. 

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership and Strategy

  • Drive the roadmap for our core HELOC product, ensuring Figure remains the non-bank market leader 
  • Build an expert-level understanding of Figure’s customer base, ecosystem partners, market differentiators, value proposition, and technology stack
  • Develop, test, and scale new revenue models and pricing strategies to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and iteration
  • Partner with the engineering team and other cross-functional teams to define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases
  • Manage input from cross-functional teams, including credit, compliance, marketing, and sales; supplement with a deep understanding of our HELOC product to prioritize requests and drive alignment with these stakeholders

Data-Driven Decision Execution 

  • Help drive the product development process: see projects through from concept and planning to development, launch, and post-launch iterating
  • Continually measure solutions to see if they have solved the problems at hand, via both qualitative and quantitative measures. Define and synthesize success metrics for communication to Product and C-Suite leaders
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion funnels and retention. Leverage data insights to make strategic decisions and prioritize high-impact opportunities

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on consumer fintech products
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • High level of business acumen 
  • Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products required
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to ascertain and effectively communicate the “why” 
  • Proven success working cross-functionally and building solid long-term business relationships   
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary

  • Compensation Range: $127,600-159,500/yr
  • 25% annual bonus, paid quarterly 
  • Equity stock options package
  • This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
