Healthline, the leading source of health and wellness information, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the discovery, development and optimization of our new, authenticated Healthline website experience. Our goal is to dramatically increase user signup rates, engagement, retention and loyalty.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health is prioritizing hiring employees to work from our Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN or our NYC office office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. However, this role is also open remotely. 

What You’ll Do
  • Testing and Research
    • Value Proposition Testing: Design and execute tests for different value propositions and feature sets to determine user desirability.
    • User Research: Partner with our UXR team to conduct user research and analyze data to gather insights and inform decision-making.
  • Product Strategy
    • Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features based on user desirability, technical feasibility, expected speed to impact on authenticated user growth and loyalty KPIs, and alignment with Healthline's vision and overall business strategy.
    • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives and user needs.
  • Product Delivery 
    • Feature Development: Own the build and implementation of winning features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data, to ensure successful product testing, development and launches.
  • Product Analysis
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance, using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
    • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in authenticated consumer products.
    • Proven track record of driving substantial increases to user growth, engagement, retention and/or monetization KPIs.
  • Skills:
    • Experience with 0 to 1 product development.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), UX/UI principles.
    • Proficiency with SQL and data analytics tools like Looker for extracting insights and driving data-informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.
    • Passion for digital health and a user-first approach to product development
  • Knowledge:
    • Interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $92,000 - $140,000
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
