  • Relentlessly champion the Android user’s needs, using analytics (e.g., Play Console), Play Store user reviews, and insights to drive enhancements for the Firefox experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated Impact: Hands-on experience launching or managing an app in the Google Play Store (iOS App Store a plus), with a hunger to get results.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep knowledge of Android’s ecosystem (e.g., Kotlin, Jetpack, Play Store policies) and web browser technologies (e.g., Gecko, Chromium, privacy features).
  • Google Play Console Expertise: Strong ability to analyze ANRs, crash rates, and acquisition data to improve performance and growth.
  • Research Passion: Habit of studying fast-growing apps and competitors to uncover retention and monetization strategies.
  • Global Mindset: Experience or ability to grow users in markets like Europe, Japan, or Asia, with sensitivity to cultural and data plan differences.
  • Startup Drive: Pushes for outcomes, and ships MVPs quickly, learn and iterate.
  • Proven Execution: Track record of delivering high-impact features or products under tight deadlines, fueled by a passion for results.
  • Growth Expertise: Familiarity with user acquisition (e.g., ASO, campaigns) and data-driven decisions (e.g., A/B testing, funnel analysis).
