About the role/team:
As part of our Product Team, you'll work directly with internal teams and customers to define and prioritize impactful features, ensuring alignment with business goals. By becoming a subject matter expert in experimentation and analytics, you’ll steer the roadmap, delivering end-to-end solutions across the platform while driving meaningful insight to customer outcomes.
This role will have ownership of a broad product portfolio and its associated roadmap, focusing on delivering experimentation capabilities and support in scaling analytics and reporting features. It involves driving innovation in experimentation, and delivering enterprise-grade analytics and reporting.

We are looking for people who have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- 3+ years of project management and cross-functional collaboration, especially with stakeholders in engineering, design teams and go-to-market teams
- 2+ years of experience in delivering analytics and reporting features
- 2+ years of experience developing experiment applications and solutions
- Strong track-record of delivering intuitive UI experiences and owning product and feature requirements end-to-end for release and iteration
- Prior experience in customer feedback sessions and interfacing with customers
- Perform product adoption and usage analysis on BI tools like Heap, Google BigQuery, Sigma, Excel, etc.

- Experience in marketing and advertisement technology
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Background in statistics, computer science, analytics, etc.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $116,000 - $187,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
