What You'll do:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience bringing new products to market and scaling them. We are looking for someone with a strong product mindset; a combination of business savvy, customer centricity and technical knowledge. Someone who is passionate about the customer's journey and the retailer’s ability to connect with their customers - you will report directly to the Director of ECommerce Product.
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for Jane’s core ecommerce offerings, ensuring progress contributes to the company’s high-level goals.
- Coordinate and conduct retail partner interviews as part of product discovery to identify new areas of opportunity.
- Author product requirement documents and align with Product Design and Engineering on feature phasing, requirements, execution, and rollout plans.
- Measure success of feature releases and iterate through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Support your product’s growth through collaborating with relevant functions (marketing, partner success, engineering, etc.) on go-to-market strategy, feature prioritization, and coordination of new releases
- Maintain ongoing communication with company leadership to discuss progress and collaborate on long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager
- Experience building ecommerce systems, both shopper-facing and retail management software. Cannabis experience is a plus but not required
- Experience leading sprint teams and collaborating directly with fullstack developers
- Successful track record of bringing new products to market and scaling to 100+ customers
- The ability to operate effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
