The Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce will lead and optimize Ollie’s e-commerce platform, build strategic roadmaps, and collaborate across departments to support growth initiatives.

Ollie is looking for a Senior Product Manager, E-commerce to oversee and optimize Ollie’s growth-driving e-commerce platform and tools. This technical product leader will leverage their passion for data-driven experiences, coupled with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and technologies, to support the growth side of our business. You will be innovating in a $45 billion space while improving the lives of dogs everywhere.
This role is based remotely within the Northeast U.S. for monthly co-working opportunities, will collaborate across the organization, and will report to the Group Product Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee our E-commerce Capabilities - you will own building a strategic roadmap to support scaling Ollie’s growth by defining the E-commerce squad roadmap and executing strategic initiatives
- Lead our E-commerce Squad - you will lead a dedicated engineering squad using Agile Scrum best practices to deliver ready to ship features and enhancements against critical business timelines
- Empower our Growth Marketing team - working closely with Ollie’s internal stakeholders, you will help define the product requirements for key functionality to enable our Growth Marketing team to execute effectively. You will also support by maintaining and evolving our MarTech stack by defining technology requirements and assisting with vendor selection
- Execute Cross-Functionally - partner with Data, Analytics, and other Growth Product Managers to maintain a powerful suite to support digital growth initiatives
Who You Are:
- 4+ years working in eCommerce or DTC subscriptions, ideally during a hypergrowth period
- Experience managing E-commerce platforms in a contemporary eCommerce setting (headless platform; heavy utilization of the partner landscape). Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Experience working directly with engineers as part of an agile team including participating in scrum ceremonies
- Experience partnering with Growth Marketing stakeholders and delivering empowering enhancements that have directly impacted acquisition, CVR, and site performance
- Experience owning and managing MarTech tools like MTA, MMA, CRM, and CDP tools is a plus
- You are collaborative with the ability to manage a diverse stakeholder group
