Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $120,000 - $136,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

As a Senior Salesforce Product Manager, you will serve as the primary business solution designer for Salesforce, owning end-to-end responsibility for developing and scaling products that align with business goals and delight customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas to life, analyze data, and influence key decisions at every level of the organization, delivering measurable value to our advisors, their teams, and their investor clients.

Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements gathering, development, and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business partners, engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Develop and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategy.
Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer, championing their needs and ensuring products meet or exceed expectations.
Manage trade-offs between cost, schedule, and customer impact to deliver products that balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to drive continuous product innovation.
Education Requirements:
Master’s Degree is preferred, bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, engineering, or a related field is required.
Basic Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
5+ years of experience with Salesforce including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure product success.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred Requirements:
Financial services industry experience, specifically with independent broker/dealers and RIAs.
Expertise in technical concepts and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across diverse teams and drive alignment.
Experience with customer research, usability testing, and user experience design.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
A servant leadership attitude, enabling you to provide guidance and direction to one or more scrum teams as well as thought leadership to stakeholders in your domain.
