At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

We are excited about winning and servicing our 20M+ businesses with our Commerce suite of products to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) sell more and increase profits. The Commerce suite includes products to sell online (Woo Commerce Store, Online Store), on Marketplaces, via Social, in-person at their brick-and-mortar store, over the phone and more. You will be a key driving force to help us sell commerce offerings to our SMBs by building predictable and scalable lead gen and sales processes.

As a Senior Product Manager on the GoDaddy Commerce team, you will lead the product strategy to optimize lead generation, identify optimization opportunities to building predictable and scalable sales funnel processes. You will define the end-to-end tracking, management, and experience for GoDaddy Commerce power sellers as they interface various teams at GoDaddy. You will work with go-to-market teams, understand the target customer persona and drive product and process changes from leading to identifying and acquiring those prospects.

You’ll have the opportunity to build and scale the platform and drive industry leading experiences. You will drive KPIs that directly affect the top line and bottom line for GoDaddy Payments.

What you'll get to do...

  • Develop a deep understanding of GoDaddy’s customer base and determine the best way to recommend the optimal commerce solution across various surfaces within GoDaddy experiences.
  • Partner with GTM and data science teams to come up with ways to identify high quality leads for Commerce.
  • Partner with Sales, Risk, Activation and Customer Success team to design workflows, using Gen AI where applicable, that streamline signing deals and making our SMBs successful.
  • Build features and flows that enable merchants to self-serve—sign up, activate, and scale payment products without heavy sales/ops touch.
  • Work with the engineers to prioritize, sequence, and deliver new capabilities while using our agile process and platform mindset.
  • Work with multiple internal teams to solicit feedback, gain buy-in, and communicate all changes.

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years of product management experience in building customer facing and platform-based products.
  • Strong track record of delivering self-serve and growth-oriented product features.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with technical employees.
  • Deep understanding of growth funnels, onboarding, usage analytics, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience working as a product owner (or with product owners) in a data-driven, agile environment.
  • Strong Project Management skills - rally several cross-functional teams to successful launches and keep the leadership up to date.
