Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and innovation of the AutomatIQ Borrower® platform. This role focuses on defining and executing roadmap initiatives, analyzing borrower qualification workflows, and ensuring delivery of high-quality features that improve automation, transparency, and client experience in mortgage origination. The position requires close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and support functions to incorporate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap

    • Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives based on market trends, competitive analysis, and client VOC.

    • Align product enhancements with business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Requirements & Delivery

    • Gather and document requirements through collaboration with clients, product managers, and development teams.

    • Create clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams, ensuring traceability to business goals.

    • Support and participate in testing activities (functional, UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.

  • Client VOC & Engagement

    • Actively collect and analyze client feedback through demos, surveys, and support interactions.

    • Translate VOC insights into actionable product improvements and communicate back to stakeholders.

    • Participate in client-facing sessions, including demos and roadmap discussions, to strengthen relationships and trust.

  • Support & Issue Resolution

    • Serve as a product escalation point for production issues, collaborating with Client Support and Engineering to ensure timely resolution.

    • Monitor support trends and identify recurring issues to inform product backlog and quality improvements.

  • Analytics & Continuous Improvement

    • Analyze product usage data and prepare reports on adoption, efficiency, and client satisfaction metrics.

    • Recommend process and workflow improvements to optimize efficiency and product performance.

    • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation (requirements, workflows, user guides) aligned with Agile best practices.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence

    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timeliness and accuracy of requirement documentation.

  • Quality of user stories and acceptance criteria delivered to engineering.

  • Incorporation of VOC insights into roadmap and feature design.

  • Contribution to improved adoption and client satisfaction through actionable insights.

  • Number of successful feature releases supported without major defects.

  • Responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving client-reported issues.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent work history.

  • 4–6 years of experience in product management or related roles.

  • Familiarity with mortgage origination workflows or financial services preferred.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and automation concepts.

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate business needs and client feedback into clear documentation and product requirements.

  • Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Client Support, and Sales.

  • Hands-on experience with Mortgage Borrower Verification and Qualification workflows.

  • Experience with Mortgage LOS (Loan Origination Systems), POS (Point of Sale platforms), and GSE systems (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae).

  • Deep understanding of compliance and audit requirements in mortgage origination.

107,900 - 128,000 USD
