In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including establishing programs for new products or enhancements
- Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
- Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, product managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies at both team and program levels, including quarterly planning sessions.
- Translate product strategy and roadmap into quarterly features and sprint-level goals. Collaborate with teams to develop plans and communicate product vision and priorities
- Define and prioritize features based on customer and business value, aligned with product OKRs.
- Create acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure successful delivery.
- Perform product demos to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Partner with technology and business teams to enhance workflow solutions and delivery capabilities.
- Monitor product success metrics and support reporting against business cases and OKRs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop business cases, product requirements, and success metrics for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all product initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in auto lending, staying current on industry developments and emerging technologies.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advance experience in Python, SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau
- General knowledge of technical applications: Mongo, Kafka, API architecture
- Agile experience- End-to-end product management experience-from discovery through delivery and post-launch value tracking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leaders
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques to solve problems, take ownership, and make decisions
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge and understanding of auto finance industry
- Experience with strategy development and implementation
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
