This is an opportunity to join a world-class product management team at ExtraHop and play an instrumental role in conceptualizing and building innovative solutions for our customers. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take a leading role in shaping our growing ecosystem of native integrations and APIs within the security operations ecosystem (e.g., EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW). This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, security experience, and business acumen to grow the ecosystem for our Network Detection & Response platform, Reveal(x).
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and teams within ExtraHop to understand use-cases, evangelize product vision, discuss the roadmap, and gather product feedback.
- Identify and vet new opportunities to grow and expand the business; drive execution planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams (SA, BizDev, Partnerships, Sales).
- Drive shared understanding of customer needs, domain problems, and market conditions.
- Define product vision and roadmap, maximizing business and customer value in changing market conditions and balancing investment in established product functionality against the introduction of new use cases.
- Drive shared understanding of broader security market, integration, and API opportunities.
- Partner closely with engineering to bring product integrations and APIs to market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing API and integration products. Strong preference for past experience in categories such as SIEM/XDR and EDR.
- 3+ years of security domain experience with a preference for security product management, threat research, security engineering or security analyst experience
- Possess a strong technical aptitude, including a passion for APIs and the capability to quickly prototype using Python/JavaScript.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create exceptional content and comfortably engage with sales, customers, and partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Willing to travel 10% (US travel).
