The Aladdin Product Management team operates at the intersection of business, technology, and data. In this role, you will focus on building AI-powered capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and streamline workflows across trade processing, reconciliations, settlements, and data management.

Your Impact:

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven solutions across investment operations
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize post-trade workflows using machine learning and generative AI (e.g., exception management, reconciliations, trade breaks, settlements)
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering teams to design and deploy AI models that improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
  • Build intelligent workflows that leverage AI for anomaly detection, data enrichment, and decision support
  • Engage with clients and internal users to validate use cases, gather feedback, and drive adoption

Skills / Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with exposure to investment operations or post-trade domains
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, particularly post-trade workflows such as reconciliations, settlements, and exception management
  • Experience building or supporting data-driven or AI/ML-enabled products; 
  • Experience working closely with Engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutions
  • Proven ability to apply PDLC best practices, including roadmap ownership, requirement definition, and agile delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL or Python experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Experience interacting with users and clients, including running demos, gathering feedback, and supporting adoption
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or asset management environments is strongly preferred
     
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$162,500.00 - USD$215,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
