The Role

Demandbase is accelerating its Agentic Marketing roadmap to bring customers an AI-native platform that performs critical B2B marketing jobs on behalf of marketers. We are looking for a senior product manager to ensure those capabilities do not merely ship; they become trusted, habitual, and monetizable parts of how marketing teams work.

This role will own the customer journey from initial discovery and first value through repeat AI usage, cross-capability adoption, consumption growth, and commercial expansion.

Strategic Responsibilities
  • Define the product-led growth strategy for Demandbase’s AI-native application

  • Own the end-to-end adoption funnel across discovery, activation, repeat use, capability composition, AI consumption, and expansion

  • Identify the behaviors that represent meaningful customer value, not merely clicks, sessions, or feature exposure

  • Partner with application PMs to remove friction and introduce the next relevant job or capability at the right moment

  • Design and run product experiments involving onboarding, recommendations, defaults, templates, notifications, approvals, usage visibility, and upgrade paths

  • Develop lifecycle strategies for new customers and existing customers across multiple GTM user personas

  • Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science to establish instrumentation, behavioral cohorts, experimentation methods, and leading indicators of retention and expansion

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on AI packaging, credit models, trials, entitlements, and expansion motions

  • Create reusable growth patterns and platform requirements that can be applied across composable capabilities

  • Turn successful experiments into durable product experiences and operating practices

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ Years in Product Management or related field with experience in SaaS growth, PLG, AI products, or workflow platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to move activation, retention, expansion, or consumption metrics through shipped product changes

  • Comfortable working across onboarding, core workflows, lifecycle engagement, packaging, and monetization

  • Strong analytical and experimental judgment; able to distinguish correlation from evidence sufficient for a product decision

  • Experience influencing multiple product teams without taking over their roadmaps

  • Able to connect customer behavior, qualitative research, product strategy, and commercial outcomes

  • Familiarity with enterprise buying and adoption dynamics; understand that enterprise PLG includes admins, champions, permissions, enablement, and sales-assisted expansion

  • AI product experience is strongly preferred

Key Success Metrics
  • Establish a shared AI adoption and monetization funnel

  • Define activation for each priority JTBD and for the composed product experience

  • Reduce time to first meaningful AI outcome

  • Increase the percentage of active users and tenants completing high-value AI jobs

  • Increase repeat AI use and the number of customers using multiple complementary capabilities

  • Identify which behaviors predict retention, expansion, and increased AI consumption

  • Launch and evaluate experiments that materially improve adoption

  • Help define the product mechanics required for trials, entitlements, credit visibility, and usage-based expansion

Why This Role?

This is the ideal role for a high-agency, analytically minded PM who loves turning customer behavior into product decisions and experiments. You won’t just ship AI features; you’ll ensure customers discover them, reach value quickly, build habits around them, and expand into the broader composable platform. You will have the unique opportunity to build the growth engine that turns Demandbase’s AI-native vision into sustained adoption, consumption, retention, and revenue.
