As Product Manager of the Ads Measurement and Targeting team, you’ll drive the development of next-generation tools, metrics, and frameworks that enable advertisers to trust and optimize their campaign performance. You’ll define the audience segments we offer, establish how success is measured, and deliver actionable insights that inform marketing decisions. This role plays a critical part in shaping Nextdoor’s long-term monetization strategy and accelerating growth across our advertising ecosystem.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Product Manager on the Ads Measurement and Targeting team, you will:

  • Shape the vision and roadmap for targeting and measurement products that showcase the true value of local advertising on Nextdoor
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Sales to build scalable, transparent ways to measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Define key metrics that give advertisers clear, trusted insights into their conversion results
  • Collaborate across teams to align measurement systems with business goals while keeping the neighbor experience front and center
  • Lead advertiser-facing experimentation and A/B testing to understand what drives real impact
  • Champion the advertiser’s voice, helping businesses of all sizes grow on Nextdoor
  • Join our community by participating in in-person training, off-sites, volunteer days, and team-building events
What You’ll Bring to The Team
  • 5+ years of product management experience in advertising technology, monetization or measurement-focused roles
  • Proven ability to take products through the full lifecycle: strategy, requirements, launch, and iteration
  • Strong fluency with advertising targeting systems, ad measurement methodologies (attribution, lift studies, brand measurement), and third-party integrations
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and partner with Data Science to turn insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and explain complex methodologies simply
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience a plus
Rewards

Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create our total rewards package. Compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also vary by geography.

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $173,000 - $265,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role.

We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
