The Senior Product Manager is the strategic lead for Absence products. This role is accountable for product scope, direction, and outcomes—ensuring development teams build the right capabilities in the right sequence to maximize business value and customer satisfaction. Absence Management experience is required. Must be a SME in this area.
Responsibilities
Lead the product roadmap for Alight’s leave and absence experience.
Expand and improve the experience for both employee and employer users.
Oversee maintenance of existing solutions to ensure a consistent, compliant, end‑to‑end experience.
Own and advance the product strategy across outsourcing, insourcing, and co‑sourcing models.
Partner with Product Directors and Product Managers to ensure alignment and shared prioritization.
Drive a multi‑year roadmap for experience capabilities, including partnership and program expansion opportunities.
Manage and refine existing products to minimize client risk.
Maintain roadmap visibility for leadership, engineering, delivery, and client‑facing teams.
Represent the organization at conferences, advisory groups, audits, and client feedback forums.
Develop content, frameworks, and documentation that support thought leadership.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, delivery, and client success to ensure high‑quality execution.
Validate solutions through discovery, prototyping, and user feedback.
Support launch readiness across commercial, implementation, and enablement teams.
Qualifications
5+ years in absence management, ideally with experience in human‑centered design across digital and assisted channels.
5+ years of product management experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in SaaS, HCM, claims, or digital platforms.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional product initiatives in an Agile environment.
Proven skills in product strategy, user‑centered design, requirements analysis, and competitive assessment.

Minimum :
147,000.00 USDMaximum :
