Job Description Summary:

Role:
  • Drive Launch Outcomes: Act as the primary launch owner for the end-to-end orchestration of product introductions, translating high-level company goals into comprehensive launch strategies and detailed launch plans.
  • Operational Architect: Master the operational dependencies—including pricing, SKU architecture, legal review, and compliance signoff—to ensure the business is ready to scale the moment the product goes live.
  • Standardize for Scale: Act as a change agent to evolve and institutionalize standardized processes and tools, driving consistency and efficiency across the entire product portfolio.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all launch activities are rigorously aligned with both the company's long-term strategic goals and current market demands.
  • Command the Room: Serve as the primary liaison to senior management, providing high-stakes updates and data-driven presentations that distill complex launch mechanics into clear executive insights.
  • Cross-Functional Authority: Lead and influence diverse teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring every stakeholder is held accountable to their launch commitments.
  • Enablement Visionary: Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to ensure teams are not just informed, but strategically equipped to sell and support new solutions with absolute confidence.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential market or operational risks early, developing robust mitigation strategies to keep launches on track despite high-pressure, high-stress environments.
  • Data-Driven Evolution: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate launch performance, conducting post-mortem analyses to turn data into actionable intelligence for future growth.
  • AI-Forward Project Leadership: Drive execution excellence using modern project management tools with an AI-forward mindset, leveraging automation and emerging tech to increase launch velocity and accuracy.
  • Leading from the Front: Demonstrate a "player-coach" mentality, taking active ownership of challenges and setting the standard for a growth mindset and resilience across the launch team.
  • Commitment to Rigor: Maintain a standard of excellence in documentation and reporting, ensuring that every launch phase is supported by meticulous records that serve as a "single source of truth" for the enterprise.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product launch, GTM strategy, or product marketing for complex enterprise SaaS software (both organic and white-labeled).
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare technology market, including clinical workflows, regulatory considerations, and provider needs (desired)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM orchestration and strategic launch ownership.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing cross-functional processes to eliminate operational silos and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) to drive launch velocity and execution rigor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to "command the room" and distill complex launch mechanics into strategic updates for senior executives.
  • Experience conducting post-launch analysis, including establishing KPIs, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable business improvements.
  • Familiarity with "leading from the front" in high-pressure environments, managing stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting authority.
  • Familiarity with using AI as a tool for better efficiency, automation, and data accuracy in the product launch lifecycle.
  • Commitment to high rigor in documentation, ensuring a meticulous "single source of truth" for all go-to-market activities.
  • Ability to work Eastern business hours and travel domestically up to 10%.
